Ordered a birthday cake for a very good friend. I don't live in Charlotte so took a risk just going by online reviews and it was totally worth it. We got a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and it turned out to be the right choice for the part. They did a nice work on design and taste. Took off one star only because their delivery charges were a bit high.

We forgot to place a cake order and walked in today, there were quite a few to choose from. We’ve ordered from them a few times and all our orders have been great. They also have amazing cupcakes and other pastries to choose from.

This is by far one of the best bakeries in Charlotte hands down. I've been coming here for years they have some of the best customer service I've ever seen and absolutely delicious food. I would definitely recommend any of their cakes or pastries

Picked up a slice of cake and a cookie here. The staff was very friendly and patient while we made a decision. Nice assortment of items: cakes, donuts, cookies, etc.

I absolutely love this bakery! It reminds me so much of the flavors from my home town in Ohio. They always have such a large selection of freshly made baked goods. Suarez also offers gourmet cupcakes and mini cheesecakes in just about any flavor you could imagine!

I originally emailed about a cake inquiry for a co workers work baby shower. I received a quick response and was told when I was ready to call and place my order. I placed and paid over the phone back in May for a cake in July. I went to pick it up with zero issues. The cake was exactly as I requested and was a baby shower hit! The inside was white cake w/ a icing filling. It wasn’t too sweet and was very moist and tasty! There wasn’t a piece left. Highly recommend and will be returning for other events!

This past weekend, I picked up a birthday cake for my 1 year-old. I spoke to 2 people, 30 minutes before I was to pick up the cake. I asked if they could bring the cake to me if I parked right outside of the store. I had 2 kids in the car with me, both under 5 years old. On 2 occasions, Hannah and the team denied me. They said it was due to a 'safety concern.' In general, Carlos and his team have the worst customer service. This time was no exception. It'll be a long time before I order a cake from there again.

Loved the cake and cupcakes here! I ordered 12 cupcakes half vanilla fudge cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles and half of the brownie cupcakes. Then for the cake I ordered the strawberry chiffon cake and chose the palette design with a panthers blue color and silver designs on the outside. The cake was beautiful and the taste was amazing the cake in the inside was vanilla and was very moist even after the second day. It was filled with a strawberry cream and pieces of real strawberries in it. The customer service was great and even the ordering of the baked goods were perfect too. I Highly recommend this place for desserts and pastries!
